The Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) is an Australian Government payment that helps eligible people with the costs of managing incontinence. For 2026–27 it is $739.40 a year, for people with permanent and severe incontinence caused by an eligible condition. The government describes CAPS as a payment toward continence products, so check with your GP or Services Australia about eligibility.
Individual results vary.
“I can’t believe how much difference the Emsella made to my muscle strength. A very un-invasive process with great results. Lisa explained everything really well, and I would recommend to anybody looking to improve muscle tone.”
Vicki C.Emsella“The best decision I ever made postpartum! I was unable to walk very far without needing to use the restroom. I had a total of 6 sessions on the EmSella Chair. The difference is incredible! I no longer need to plan my walking route around where toilets are located. Lisa is so kind and will make you feel at ease during the entire process.”
Daniela R.Emsella“Never thought id be reviewing my pelvic floor journey but here we are haha. The EmSella treatment is literally just sitting in a chair for 30 mins, super easy. After 6 sessions I can actually sneeze without panic and went trampolining with my kids last week which wouldve been a disaster before. Lisa made me feel so comfortable and had zero judgment. Wish id done this sooner instead of just accepting it as my new normal!”
Amy R.EmsellaAt Core Amore, an Emsella course is a minimum of 6 sessions. Pay upfront for the 6-pack and it’s $1,320 ($220 per session). Or pay as you go at $230 per session ($1,380 in total), with your first and last sessions paid upfront. Maintenance sessions are $160 once you’ve finished your course.
Most clients start with 6 sessions, twice a week over 3 weeks. We recommend the plan at your consultation based on your symptoms and goals.
Emsella is not covered by Medicare. Some private health extras policies may contribute, so check with your fund. If you have permanent and severe incontinence you may be eligible for the government’s Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS).
Pelvic floor muscles strengthen over a course of treatment, so one session on its own won’t show you what Emsella can do. Single $160 sessions are for maintenance once you’ve finished a pack.
EmSella is TGA-cleared and safe for many, but it may not be appropriate for individuals with:
